What to DO After the Vision Board #2
So, you’ve made your vision board either physically or digitally (or both) now what?
Time to make a Vision Board “To Do” list.
Just a second though, before you can set goals or achieve anything in your business or your life, you have to understand what really drives you. What is it that truly gets you up in the morning when all you want to do is roll over and go back to sleep? What forces you to pick up the phone to call yet another potential client? What keeps you going, even when you want to give up?
Your “why” is personal. It’s yours alone, and no two why’s are exactly alike. More importantly, there’s no right or wrong “why.”
Perhaps you already know what your why is. Maybe you want to help single moms make a better life for themselves. Maybe you want to earn enough money to retire at 50 and travel the world.
You might want to spend more time with your kids or grandkids. Or share your knowledge through books or workshops. Maybe it’s to contribute to your most heartfelt causes. Maybe you just want to make a few extra $$$ or maybe you want to make a million dollars. Whatever your reasons are…
Once you know what drives you, every decision becomes easier, so before you start setting goals, spend some time thinking about why you do what you do.
What action steps should you be taking in order for the vision to become a reality? Remember step by small step you move towards your Dream Goals (No matter how small of a step).
And really it doesn’t matter if you take two steps forward and one step back as long as you have your Dream Goals in sight and mind and keep skipping, hopping, and running forward 🙂
Make a habit of creating DAILY goals that inch you in the direction of your Dream Goals.
Remember, You create your life regardless of what is happening around you. You get to decide how to react to situations and circumstances.
